48 for Larry July 3, 2009 Larry Hamm over at Chelsea Lynn Designs on Artfire is a friend of many in the world of handmade, he is also the voice of The Crazy Train on Blockhead Radio. Larry has a fantastic wife Janet, and an 8 year old son Jacob who live with him in Lansing, NC deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Larry is a friend to everyone and just an all around swell guy. He is most definitely the “shirt off your back” kind of friend. Right now, all of Larry’s friends and Blockhead radio are teaming up to help him out in a tough time. |

The Farmer's Market has Kicked Off! June 30, 2009 The Farmer's Market kicked off on June 18th! I know I'm a bit late posting, but I've been super busy with making candles to keep up with the demand of the market! On Thursday Wayne and I both were very surprised by the turnout! People were coming by and picking up baked goods, produce and my soy candles! It was great to be out and meet some great local people! |

After speaking with Rod and Witchy about this idea that I have we have come up with candle that will be named BHR's Morning Brew HaHa! The candle will be Hazelnut Creme scented and will be 3 different shades of brown and have a really cool custom label! |

Our First Craft Show! April 26, 2009 Whew.... What a weekend! We attended our first craft show on Saturday and boy was it a success! Our morning started out at 5am, yes thats right 5am! I loaded the truck the night before with all of my candles,tables and everything else that we took along to make the morning much easier!! Whew.... |
